Taiwan: Blessed with a unique terroir for a perfect sauce.
Our Vision
To step onto the global stage and make Taiwanese yimyu an essential flavor in international cuisine.
Our Mission
To serve as a supporting platform for consumers and the soy-sauce brewing industry, to help consumers discover a brand of soy sauce that they truly love, and to help traditional soy-sauce makers know their true value.
Our Ideal
To craft a bottle of soy sauce with culture.
Since 2016, we've been committed to the development of the Taiwanese yimyu industry, helping people to discover the unique flavor and cultural value of Taiwanese yimyu – hence the name, Brewers' Isle.
Taiwan lies between the latitudes of 22° and 25° north, and is surrounded by ocean on all sides. Its balance of temperature and humidity makes it the perfect place for natural fermentation – what takes four months to brew in Taiwan might take up to a year elsewhere. Simply put, Taiwan possesses a terroir unlike anywhere else in the world.
At Brewers' Isle, we are committed to finding every possible way of connecting people with yimyu. What we offer is not just a type of soy sauce, but a part of Taiwan's culinary heritage.
